Hotel RH Corona del Mar - Benidorm

Big problem re parking your ad. says car parking & i telephoned to confirm this to be told yes parking was available at the hotel & no i could not book but just arrive. on arrival at the hotel i was informed that no parking was available as it had all been booked by present guests the girl on the desk was extreemly rude & couldnt care less that i am disabled & parking is important.i have stayed at this hotel before & there was no problem parking.i was informed by the rude receptionist that nearly all of the guests are now spanish & they all come by car vry few english on coaches. i hasten to add that i have lived permanently in spain for 6yrs & speak the language.needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel again,we have had better treatment in 3star hotels in benidorm

The food was very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.Had expected better.We enjoyed our holiday and would stay again in the hope of improved menu.

Room was comfortable but very noisy at night. Have stayed in hotels with better facilities that were not as expensive. Had to pay to park the car, something I have not had to do before. Car paring in a good hotel comes as part of the cost of the room. Hotel was comfortable without being luxurious. Breakfast was not of the standard I expected – choice was not very good. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. The staf were always courteous and friendly, but I thought the hotel was expensive for what it offered.
