Hotel Palm Beach - Benidorm

On the positive side: very friendly, solicitous staff and very good buffet meals. On the negative side: The room was noisy - you can hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above you - very annoying when this happens between 2 and 3 a.m. (when they arrive maybe from the disco).

Food good, especially breakfast, even had cava!

The hotel is fine but the layout is strange. The corridors are external with rooms on one side only. The place is nowhere near the seafront and is set on a very steep hill. Extensive building work being carried out around the pool area. Staff and food excellent. Prices very good.

Sorry to say, I was very dissapointed with the stay. I was also very unhappy that the room was not as displayed on the web site, it was smaller and not very welcoming.

It would be better if beakfast was included in the price.

Hotel was fine would ñot recommend for old or tots to many hills and to far to beach breakfast was very good rooms were fine staff was good . good hotel

When we arrived there was no reservation made for us by you.Also room 1010 has a motor running 24 hours a day on the roof which is very loud at night. So never take rooms 1010 to 1016.

Thought it was nearer to the beach. Not well sign posted from beach had to walk for nearly an hour to find it. Also thought breakfast was included and wasn't.

Hotel was nicley situated and very comfortable. Would definatley go back again

The hotel is lovely. The reception staff we dealt with leave a lot to be desired - NOT welcoming or friendly. Disappointed no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Also didnt state on web site what board was included, on arrival discovered NO food included at all. Web page also didnt display "Junior Suites" were available in this hotel, which is what we chose to stay in but only knew of these rooms upon arrival.
