Hotel Medplaya Riudor - Benidorm

Our first visit to Hotel Riudor. It was very welcoming. No children ,adults only. The pool was wonderful I had it to myself. Food was good. Hotel was in centre of nightlife but rooms were quiet. Near to shops and promenade excellent location. We have booked for next year with 7 friends can't wait.

I have stayed at the Riudor numerous times before but on this occasion i would be tempted to say i would not go back. The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly but i found my room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. The beds were made every day but that is all that seemed to have been done in the room. The balcony was not cleaned for my entire stay. Only the middle of the floor seemed to have been cleaned as there was plenty of dirt around the edges, the same goes for the bathroom. The sink was cleaned but the bath wasn't and neither was the bathroom floor. The food in the hotel was the worst i have ever sampled in the hotel. It was cold and seemed that if the food wasn't all eaten one day then it would be heated up and placed back out the next day. I would expect that prisioners would have been eating better food than we were given! Also the eveneing entertainment was terrible. Only one night was the entertainment any good and that was tuesday night and a group called zodiac, they were were entertaining. Yet when we spoke to the entertainment manager he didn't want to know our concerns and came across as extremly arrogant. It is a hotel that doesn't allow children to stay yet the entertainment includes a parrot show!
