We required rooms located next to each other due to taking disabled individuals with Learning Disabilities and physical disabilities, we were given rooms on different floors so staff had to share room with clients. Disabled access is very limited, there is use of a lift but to access this, there is a steep slope that required 2 staff to puch chair up or prevent accidents on decending, only suitable for running suitcases up and down. Staff were friendly and courteous and changed our room for the second night stay
