We stayed in a double room at the hotel and this did meet up to our expectations. The only thing we would say is that when we initially made the reservation in September through yourselves, we realised that we hadn't included Christmas day in our stay. We then went straight to the hotel to see what they could offer us and they charged us 80 euros FOR THE ROOM ONLY, NO FOOD, FOR CHRISTMAS DAY EVENING. Maybe we should have gone through you. Otherwise an excellent holiday. We do live in Spain but it was a holiday where we met up with our family from the U.K.

Enjoyed our stay. Food was good, always something on the menu even the kids would eat. Room spacious even for two adults and two kids. Poor choice of channels on the tv. Long way from the beach for those less mobile (just up the road from Benidorm Palace).
