As soon as you arrive at the hotel you will be impressed by the appealing decoration of rocks and waterfalls at the hotel entrance.
Service in reception was very good. Service in restaurang was very-very bad. We don´t feel welcome in there.

A very good hotel, 20 minutes to old town, 10 minutes to all clubs and bars and 20 minutes to the beach, if you are lucky to get a receptionist called monica you will be well looked after the most pleasant and helpfull receptionist in 30 years of travel.

As we live in Spain we go to Benidorm 3 to 4 times a year for a long weekend, we have tried a few hotels but must say that the Castilla is one of the best we have stayed in, very clean, the food was good, and most of the staff were pleasant. We will be going again.
