a very good hotel, 20 minutes to old town, 10 minutes to all clubs and bars and 20 minutes to the beach, if you are lucky to get a receptionist called monica you will be well looked after the most pleasant and helpfull receptionist in 30 years of travel.

As we live in Spain we go to Benidorm 3 to 4 times a year for a long weekend, we have tried a few hotels but must say that the Castilla is one of the best we have stayed in, very clean, the food was good, and most of the staff were pleasant. We will be going again.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €9,00 per day.
In-room safe is not included in the price and costs €2,00 per day.
Galas on the 25th and 31st December are mandatory and will be included in the total price.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the selected arrival date; thus cancellations made prior will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to cancel or do “not show” on the selected arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay to the credit card provided (up to a maximum of 60 €). Some reservations may be charge a 20% deposit to the credit card provided, if this occurs guests will be informed by e-mail.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
