Excellent hotel: great location, staff was very helpful and the food was very good. The hotel is not new, but the staff and the location make up for any cosmetic short-comings. There is an excellent wood-fired pizza/pasta restaurant called La Scala within a 3 minute walk....worth staying at the hotel just to be that close!! Great restaurants in the old quarter....about 7 minutes walk, and quiet compared to the racket in the bars on the sea-front....better value too!

I know much better 3*** hotels in Benidorm Here you can't sleep if your neighbeur snore, it is dirty under the bed, the cleaning lady doesn't wsh glasses, do not give soaps! the sweeming pool is out so when it is cold you really can not use it - if you do not want to catch cold, the receptionist said there is a pool for kids - yes but in the summer:) I did ask before our coming in january he said: yes, it is 1m/1m big:)))))the kitchen... good but in the other 3*** hotel much better and better presentation

Hotel situated in the spanish area of town very close to shops,beach and restaurants. We stayed on a half board basis (e2.50 extra for evening buffet which was really good quality and value) Will stay again

We celebrated our wedding at Benidorm Plaza. The food and service was excellent, and we could not have had a better day!!
