Multilingual employees of the Albir Palace staff the reception desk from morning to 3:30 PM and provide free transportation to and from the Albir town center at set hours on weekdays. In case of emergency, there’s a 24-hour phone service with Norwegian, English, and Spanish speaking personnel. Other first-class amenities include a spa tub, complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, and an intercom security system.

The Albir Palace is within walking distance of the Playa de Albir, a lovely white pebble beach that stretches north to the nearby town of Altea. There a seaside promenade called the Paseo de las Estrellas (Boulevard of the Stars) has been decorated with the names of actors and actresses who have come to town for the annual film festival. A paved walking path to the local lighthouse provides amazing views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Less than a 20 minute drive to the west of the Albir Palace are the coastal resort city of Benidorm and the Real de Faula Golf Club.
