Hotel Betania - Benalmádena Costa

Most feedback seen above is correct but, I would add the location is second to none near beach, shops, bars and all facilities etc The rooms are small but who would stay in the room whilst on holiday the storage and shower room however were very large so for a clean convenient and inexpensive stay in Costa del Sol you would be hard pressed to beat this place

Price ratio is very good. Inert little hotel with wide sea view terrace and a little basin on it. 5 minutes to the beach. 10 minutes to a wonderful park with hens, ducks and rabbits.

Beds are old and creaky,noisy waterpipes, doors slam shut very loudly, otherwise good value for money.

Bijou prices, bijou rooms, and now the even smaller bijou breakfast this year. Most people brought in their own food on the second day as a cup of coffee and slice white bread cannot keep you going through the morning.

We have stayed many times in Benalmádena Costa. Usually at The Sunset Beach. Flights keep getting cancelled or rearranged by carriers so we find booking into the Betania a few days before our main holiday starts or for a few days at the end of our main holiday awaiting return flights is an inexpensive and enjoyable way of prolonging our holidays. The Betania, more than suits our needs, small and quiet with all the facilities.

Great position (near to the sea, plenty of parking, beautiful location, ecc.). The rooms are not so large, but they are clean and modern, and the overall quality-price relationship is probably the best you can find.

WE HAD TO LOOK AT 5 ROOMS BEFORE WE CHOSE THE 4TH ONE! ALSO THE HOTEL BAR WASN´T OPEN, WHICH WAS VERY DISAPOINTING. THE ROOMS ON THE SWIMMING POOL LEVEL SEEM TO BE THE BEST.

We shared a twin room which was functional but very small as was the bathroom. The breakfast was good including eggs and bacon, cerials, toast, bread and ham, with teas coffee and juice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Althought the rooms were too small, the price was very reasonable.The hotel was situated only a short walk from the beach and there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Benalmadena Costa lovely resort,worth a visit.Beautiful park nearby,local transport good .Mijas worth a visit. Betania Hotel receptionist upon arrival had poor attitude / PR skills she could have been more helpful. Room initially allocated was tiny no good if claustrophoic,however after discussions were moved.Breakfast healthy options not available. Also take care in lift on 4th floor we were trapped on departure day,however waiter and receptionist helped us get out!

Hotel is nice and quiet, bigger than it looks from outside - a pleasant surprise after seeing it from the entrance. The rooms are very small, I don't see 3 people fitting in. Try to get a room from the 3rd floor up in order to enjoy a view of the see and the mountains.

Quite good hotel in a very good price.Quiet area, good acces to the beach and city centre.Excelent buffet breakfast.

Hotel is quiet and clear, good breakfast, staff helpfull, really near to the beach, nice view from the terrace - for this price I would come there next time
