personale gentilissimo, stanze molto accoglienti, particolarmente eleganti e pulite. Si respira un'aria generale di benessere e relax. Ottima la qualità della colazione, con scelta veramente ampia, per tutti i gusti. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di prodotti biologici e del commercio equo e solidale. Ottimi anche i prodotti per la pulizia personale, decisamente sopra la media, e la regolazione dell'aria condizionata, adeguata e non aggressiva. In definitiva un hotel addirittura superiore alle aspettative, con quel tocco di discrezione e femminilita' che e' lo specchio della simpatia garbata della signora che lo ha in gestione. Grazie di tutto!!

Very nice and modern hotel. Trouble at arrival with one bed of 120 cm for 2 children, solved the day after. The animation in Italian language is some time too much ! Overall stay was perfect. Little bit noisy during the morning (goods delivery)

Great Hotel! Staff very attentive and helpful. Nice pool area. Kids friendly even if the first impression of the facility is more for an adult crowd. The SPA is a must!! The only bad note is that the pool is next to the road, but this is quite standard in this area.

Hotel nuovissimo e molto bello esteticamente. La camera è spaziosa e dispone di un ottimo angolo cottura,TV LCD con Sky, bagno eccellente. L'hotel è dotato di una SPA molto bella (compresa nel prezzo della camera!!!). Il personale è giovane e un po' inesperto, ma molto gentile. La camera doppia a 59 Euro è regalata! (penso xchè l'hotel è nuovo)

Struttura fantastica per arredamento e cortesia del personale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non paragonabile con qualsiasi altro hotel in Italia. Incredibile che nel prezzo sia compreso l'accesso alla spa, con docce emozionali, bagno turco, sauna, idromassaggio. Super consigliato

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
