The place has excellent location and is very attractive. We had a problem with the air condition noise going on 24 hours next to oour room. Also, parking is a bit tricky and expensive.

Third time at this hotel - first two times were half board but this time just bed and breakfast so we could enjoy other restaurants in the area - discount card for hotel restaurant did prove useful and was certainly the best value meal we had during the week. Booked two singles and were given one single and one twin - both comfortable and well appointed. Lacked lake view (which would have been fabulous) but didn't expect one as I seem to remember that required a supplement. Roof top terrace a real bonus as ever. (Never sampled the pool and other facilities at the linked sports area a mile away - not our thing really). Would certainly return (yet again) as either HB or BB, and recommend to anyone.

best position in town. Just opposite ferry. good view from Hotel room. No Porter to take bags to room though. Lift tiny. Breakfast on balcony- priceless.
