METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
1- If the customer cancel 6 days before of the arrival date, we will provide you of a voucher of 100% of the deposit, valid during one year. 2- Between 1 and 5 days before of the arrival date, the customer will lost the whole Deposit 3- If the client leaves the room before the end of the stay agreed in the reservation, the Hotel will withdraw the 40% of the total of the services still to be used.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
