Centrally located in the town of Beaune. Spacious bedroom with period furnitur all fitting good. Breakfast was served at the table. Good secure parking and rear garden. Town of Beaune offers lovely buildings with a good selection of restraunts.

Welcoming, helpful staff, great location, easy to walk everywhere, hotel parking lot (and public parking lot across the street), ask for garden room--it's quiet and has nice outside area to sit or picnic. Front rooms would be very noisy as this is a busy street. Rooms and bath have plenty of space, but plumbing in bath had unpleasant odor.

We were disappointed in the room offered to us. We had booked several months ahead and were given a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator, extremely steep stairs and on the street side of the hotel. It was extremely noisy at night making sleep difficult. The pictures on the internet showed a nice garden w/tables in the back and that was not true. The staff was courteous and helpful and the location to the town attractions was good, but I would not stay in this hotel again.

very nice restaurant next door -Relais de la Madeleine. lovely setting. fun wine-tasting at Marche des Vins. very nice to stay just outside the really touristy area but very close to walk to.

Very good location. Close walk to restaurants and caves. Our room was small, but it was very clean and comfortable. A nice modern wine bar in the same street, only a few minutes walk.

I made the reservation based on location(ideal) and the photos of the rooms. The first night we were in rooms 16 and 18, small, in poor condition, and basically shabby. Unprecidented hot weather and no fans in the rooms meant we had to leave the window, which is located in the stairwell, open. It was noisy and I did not feel it was private or safe. We found they had the rooms pictured in the brochure available on the Garden side of the property, air-conditioned spacious clean and very nice.(they did not offer we had to ask) If you are able to reserve rooms 28-32 this hotel is a good value but avoid 16-17-18 during hot weather or if you have american taste for space and amenities.
