Nice hotel for a short stay, safe parking facilities, near to the city centre, rather good breakfast for a French 2-star-hotel

Its a good choice to explore the city of Beaune, as it is close to the center, with access to its atraactions . Price is a little over vis-a-vis quality of instalations, but employees are helpful and deserved a tip for their sympathy. The fact that garage is charged does not help image, even though for non-car users it is cheaper

Staying for one night, to have an impression from the city of Beaune. Nice and friendly people.

Price of breakfast is totally out of sync with what is offered for breakfast and the staff on duty upon arrival (@ 8:30pm) could not find our reservation.

A no frills accommodation but proximity to town center cannot be beat as is off street parking. Compared to other properties in the area the price and services are very fair but if you are looking for a full line of services look elsewhere. If, like me, you spend most of your time outside the room and in the cellars of Burgundy then this is a fine option.

We stayed here as a rest point between Provence and the Loire Valley. It was such a beautiful part of the country - we were so glad to be able to drive through. Beaune is a lovely, quaint town as well. Hotel was very clean, easy to find, close walk to town, very friendly and accommodating staff. Great value for the money - free parking was also nice.

Hotel in a good position a short walk from the town. Although on a main road the rooms on the ground floor looking out on to the courtyard at the back are very quiet. Staff were friendly and one of the 2 guys spoke good English. Rooms not huge but clean & pleasant. Good parking facilities in a large garage at the back but I would have expected this to be free not the daily 5 Euro charge that is made, especially as this hotel is priced at the higher end for a 2 star. In all enjoyed it and would use this hoterl again.

We stayed at Beaune Hotel for two nights in a family room. The hotel is quite old but has the character we were looking for. Our room was small but clean, bathroom quite modern. The staff (Mohammed) was very helpful and very friendly, although his English is not great it was better than our French. Price was reasonable for what we had. Breakfast was simple but adequate. For families on an average budget, we can recommend the Hotel.

This hotel was a shocking surprise, i wasn't really looking for anything too nice for a single night stayover, but the Beaune Hotel was absolutely perfect in all aspects. The building was gorgeous and authentic to the region, the room was great with a bathtub!! The reception was very accomodating and helpful. Very close to city center.

If you are looking for a good value place to stay in Beaune, look no further. It is no 5 star hotel but the service could not really have been better, they were very helpful taking care of a package I had sent, providing local infomation etc. Rooms are small but comfortable and the ground floor rooms have big doors opening onto the courtyard where there are plenty of places to sit and relax. Location is outside the old town walls but no more than 10 mins walk to the action. Overall, very satisfied with my stay there.

We spent two nights in this Hotel. What a lovely surprise to find a truly welcoming and relaxing place at the end of our 5-day trip in France. The staff were courteous and efficient (a complete contrast from our previous night stay in Dijon at Hotel Des Ducs). Both rooms booked were clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Hotel has a nice garden area with picnic tables and chairs which we utlized fully. Although on the map the Hotel is outside the town Ring road and seems far away from town centre, it is not. It is less than 10 minutes (on foot) to the Hospice which would put you in the centre of the town. In summary, we had a great experience with Beaune Hotel and will have no hesitation to go back again in the future!

We used the hotel as an overnight stop-over with secure parking on route to and from our main destination. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The hotel was easy to find and ideal for an over-night stop within walking distance of local restaurants. The hotel grounds were well kept and the ground floor rooms had small decked terraces which provided an out door seating area for sharing a bottle of wine with the family we had travelled with. Breakfast was expensive at €7 for coffee and bread. Parking was also extra at €5 which was not mentioned at the time of booking.

Although the quarduple was small. the structure it was in was a delight to see, with bowing ceiling beams and well-trimmef decor, tastefully done. Our family of four found it good rest for the night.

Hotel as descibed. Accommodation very good, food basic but good. Only downside was on arrival, I was informed that our accommodation had been cancelled! I had booked two rooms but my friend was taken ill and I had to cancel them both as I had only one reservation number. I immediatley rebooked one room and received a new reservation number but the Hotel didn't know anything about the new booking.

First visit to Beaune en route for alps. Stayed in a family room which did not have much space at all for 4 people. Tiny bathroom and toilet door opened out towards front door of room which overlooked a courtyard! Room had a small terrace area with french windows which was nice. Reception not very helpful when asked about nearby restaurants for young children. Would recommend hotel to couples without family. Very nice breakfast with fresh croissants bread yoghurts fruit etc. Hotel on a main road.

The lack of airconditioning in this hotel meant we needed to leave the windows open which enabled train and car noises to enter the room depsite the room overlooking the courtyard. The walk to the main part of town was not far but was on very narrow footpaths on a busy road which was nervewracking with a 7yo and numerous building work causing a lot of the footpaths to be closed. However overall this was a nice hotel, certianly the best value for money we saw in Beaune. The courtyard was lovely, we spent a lovely summer evening drinking Burgundy and eating cheese from the gorgeous Beaune farmers market held every Wednesday.

The hotel is ok but it is the last on the street leading away from the town centre and there are at least three similarly priced and similary equipped hotels just before it. Everything is exactly as advertised on the site, so we were not disappointed with our stay, although the room on the ground floor was a bit damp.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels wiegt die Enge des Zimmers und den mangelnden Komfort weigehend auf. Das Frühstück allerdings - in einem angenehmen Ambiente - verdient volles Lob. The fact that the hotel is situated in the centre of Beaune counterbalances the tightness of the room and its lack of comfort. However, the breakfast - in a pleasant Ambiente -was excellent.

Beaune Hotel was fairly near the town centre and suited our purpose as it was on the road out towards Meursault. The staff were firendly and helpful but there was a noisy party of English cyclists.

This was a good hotel for an overnight stay on our way to the ski slopes. The rooms were clean and adequate. The map was good - we had no trouble finding the hotel. It was well located and we found an excellent restaurant for an evening meal. The breakfast was very good.

Overall a comfortable hotel conveniently located to both the city centre and major routes to other parts of Burgundy. However: * 5€ a day for parking on the premises is quite excessive * Breakfast served from 8 am is breakfast served at 8 am, not 8.30 am (happened twice in a week) * Having only three guests at breakfast does not justify serving yesterday's bread.

We had the family room with our two children. It was a bit of a squeeze but we were only staying for one night so it didn't matter. The hotel is very pleasant with rooms facing onto the courtyard and tables and chairs outside. It's only five minutes from the town centre. Breakfast is good. Will certainly stay there again when we're in the area.

The hotel was perfect for our stay, using it as a mid-point stop between destinations. People at the hotel and in Beaune in general are extremely friendly. Although this hotel is slightly cheaper than others in Beaune, its standards and location are still very good and we will definately use the hotel again when travelling through. (If you have young children/a baby, the hotel is not able to provide a cot).
