hotel-villa on the coast of Lago Majore between Baveno and Stresa with exellent view to the lake an Boromean Islands free private parking good and competent service breakfast was fine (buffet) Minus - noise from trains and waterfall (not very high) for couple we recieved family siute with two bedrooms, big bathroom and balcony You need a car to reach a hotel and local attractions

Very nice wiew on the lac Maggiore from the bedrooms. Terrace with view on the lake. Welcome very warm. More an authentic villa than an hotel (quality of furnitures...)

Picked up this room during their last week of business before closing for the winter, and glad we did so. Friendly folks with a couple of playful kittens to greet you. We enjoyed our stay and found the rooms small but clean.

In sometimes dubious price range (regarding potential quality) Ruscello an absolute bargain. This in no small part due to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff/owners. With easy access to Asti (2 mins by car) and all surrounding facilities, the hotel is an ideal launching point for excursions to the islands and beyond. Language is no barrier as owners are multilingual and can assist with sightseeing suggestions and broader holiday ideas. Loved the experience and will be back when next passing through.

Beautiful view on the Borromean Islands Pedestrian crossing leads to a closed gate, open gate has no pedestrian crossings Fottpath to village is rather dangerous (narrow road, no sidewalks, fasdt drivers)
