This hotel exceeded our expectations although we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel. We had booked a double room and I was able to view a couple of the doubles and they looked large and bright. The breakfast provided in the beautiful breakfast room was excellent, with everything one could want. The hotel has an Austrian restaurant attached and the food was great, as was the decor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bautzen. It is within walking distance to the downtown area and the hotel provides free parking in the rear of the property.
How to reach Hotel Villa Antonia
By car
Highway A4 exit Bautzen West - turn right - at the next traffic light turn left - drive over the bridge "Friedensbrücke" and straight through the city (count the traffic lights - the 4th is about 700 m from the 3rd) - the next street after the 4th traffic light turn right into the "Taucherstraße" - after about 500 m turn right into the "Lessingstraße" - in the middle of this street you will find our Hotel Villa Antonia - turn right just in front of the hotel and leave your car in the parking area.
By train
From Bautzen railway station: a transfer service is available on request.
By airplane
The nearest airport is in Dresden: about 50 km from Bautzen, a transfer service is available on request.
By public transportation
"August-Bebel-Platz" bus-station is about 100 m from the Hotel - all the buses in and around Bautzen stops here - from the bus-station turn left - after the "Lessing-Apotheke" turn left again and you will see the Hotel Villa Antonia in the middle of the street.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
