always try to re-let the room(s) but in the event of being unable to re-let
the rooms we will charge you in full for your stay within the 48 hour

The 48 hour period runs from 2:30pm which is the time of check in.
In case of no show up to 3 days of stay may be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
