This stay was to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We arrived Friday and left Tuesday. First night we were informed that the restaurant was not available as there was a wedding booked. To our dismay, the reception was held outside our window with loud-speakers pointing directly at our room. When we enquired we were informed that the music would continue until midnight! No one informed us of this when we checked in. The next night, another wedding. No restaurant, and reception outside our window. Sunday night...another wedding. Loud music outside our window again. In fact, we had bought a nice evening meal in town to eat on the lawn (restaurant closes Sunday night), but the lawn area was not available to us because of the wedding. The rooms are far from sound proof...either from outside or especially between rooms - there are some things you just don't want to hear!!! The restaurant was closed all day Monday, so we were unable to eat in the restaurant at all during our stay. A car is supposedly available to take you into town, but we were not offered it and told a taxi was the means of transport. Breakfast was average - compared to other hotels we'd stayed at. When we complained about the wedding noise on the third night we were informed with some frustration that it was a regular complaint and we were given a 30 euro discount for each of the 4 nights. This was little compensation, however. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It has the potential to be fabulous, but the owners cannot decide whether they are running a reception centre or a quality hotel. Until they get that sorted, give it a miss.

The Hotel is very nice. The staff very nice, albeit a bit distant, almost aloof. We were traveling for 3 weeks in Italy and booked this hotel without much review. We saw two quotes on line, one significantly lower for the room than another, but the staff didn't seem to acknowledge this discrepancy. The room was attractive enough, the space was awkward. The architectural creativity used in the space was fun, until realizing that simple things like a mirror over the sink were not part of the design. Very creative, but somehow not necessarily practical, we found ourselves crawling around round fixtures plopped in the middle of a small bathroom to get to the shower with a round door that didn't quite close. The room is a good example of design that doesn't work. The elevator doesn't go to the second floor rooms. The location is great, the area gorgeous. I'm don't believe we would choose this hotel again, at the very least we would explore other options.

Very nice hotel with lovely, modern design and extremely convenient to Bassano, Nove, and other towns in the Veneto. Dined in the restaurant our last night and while the service could have been better the meal itself was spectacular! Would likely return ourselves and highly recommend Ca'Sette to friends as a lovely place to stay in the Veneto.
