We stayed for 2 nights in Bassano. Everything was fine! Room, Breakfast. Very nice. We will come again :-)

all'arrivo non sapevano che camera darci poi risolto il problema siamo andati in camera e dopo pochi minuti è arrivato il cameriere per controllare il mini-bar ma senza bussare è entrato in camera. Ero appena uscito dalla doccia. Il mattino a colazione ore 9.15 ( per onestà deve dire che c'era stato un pò di trambusto perchè una delle cameriere ai paini era rimasta chiusa in ascensore) sul buffet il NULLA. Abbiamo fatto colazione in uno dei caratteristici bar del paese. A parte questo Bassano ci è piaciuta moltissimo ci ritorneremo presto

Of all the hotels booked through this web-site, this was the least pleasant place to stay. Service at the reception desk was slow and not friendly. A request for where a restaurant in town was located yielded a mark on the map which was very far from the actual location. When questioned, the desk employee insisted he was correct. The breakfast room ran out of many kinds of food, coffee cups, etc. more than 1/2 hour before breakfast hours were to end and they were not replenished. A request for cappuccino required a personal visit to the kitchen. The decor in the rooms was well worn. On the positive side, the old woodwork and decor on the ground floor was interesting and well kept.

The Bonotto Belvedere Hotel is a beautiful old hotel with many antiques in all of the reception areas. The junior suites are very spacious with modern bathrooms and the side view of the mountains from our balcony were magnificent. Although on a busy street, with the shutters down at night, you could not hear a thing. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay but it was exceptionally quiet both in the hotel and attached restaurant with few other guests and/or users. Neverthless, a good base right at the corner of the old town walls and a town well worth visiting.

Our room had a nice balcony to the garden, and therefore there was no traffic noice. It was also a smokefree room which adds to the comfort of the stay. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the food and the service.

I was happy with all facilities and staff. My only reason for concern was the lack of coffee making facilities in my room and the unavailability of even a continental breakfast for a pre 07.00hrs start to the day. This was a business trip with a 06.30hr train to catch.

This was my third stay at the Bonotto Belvedere in Bassano del Grappa. I like the hotel very much, but have to confess that this was the largest room I've ever had at the Belvedere. The restaurant, as always, was outstanding.
