Breakfast was rather inadequate

good hotel. located a short walk away from the train station. hotel was clean and quiet. breakfast was good.

Ideally located, good value for money and reception and restaurant staff most helpful.

This has been my first time to Bari and I must say that it was exactly what I had imagined it to be. Hotel Victor is centrally located, offer a very good continental b'fast and very close to all amenities and attractions, all staff are very helpful.

Staff is nice and welcoming, location is good, however the hotel is little overrated and definately it is not a 4* hotel category in north europe scale. Rooms and the hotel in general would need a little interior update. Cant give the rating for breakfast as we didnt went.

Very nice hotel, but overpriced. Staff was friendly, if not particularly helpful. Internet access is a pain in the butt from an iPad or iPod.

I strongly recommend this place. Staff is very kind, helpful, warm, especially the lady from the reception desk. Rooms service is very good and everything is well maintained. Rooms have small balconies. The place is very safe. Hotel restaurant is quite good and offers various food for breakfast. I have spent there 3 days.

Bari is a place: Nothing to see, nowhere to go. You should leave it early or you will be unhappy.

Very smashed furnishings. The rate for overnight-parking in the nearby garage is EUR 30 and not EUR 12 as indicated in the booking confirmation. Staff at reception desk did not speak English.

They were kind enough to let us check in at 7 in the morning. Thanks to them we had a nice trip in Bari.

I took my 77 year old mom for her first trip to Bari (my second trip), and she enjoyed the hotel. It's a great location (8 minutes walking) in proximity to the railroad station and to many buses. When we arrived, the staff gave us great assistance and directions: on our first day, arriving at 3pm local time, we even did a visit to the basilica of San Nicola as well as the local cathedral. Breakfasts were plentiful, and they even made me fresh decaf cappuccino each morning. There's even a restaurant right across the street from the hotel for those who don't want to venture too far.

We weren't sent any detailed information on how to get to the hotel, and had to find a location map at the station. The receptionist recommended the restaurant across the road, which we felt totally ripped off us unsuspecting English. Overall, Bari was a big disappointment.

We changed rooms 3 times to find one with working air conditioning. The location is convenient, and the hotel graciously let us park for free in the "taxi" spot out front. However, the price we paid was very high; we stayed at a much more elegant property for less money in Florence!

Bari semble avoir une offre très pauvre d'hotels et, ceux qui existent, sont de très bas niveau. dans ce panorama, l'hotel victor n'est pas mal, mais on le dirait plutot (coté style) un deux étoiles... par contre la situation par rapport à la ville est véritablement excéllente! en plus, si on prend la formule executive, la parking et le mini bar sont inclus, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. globalement, je le conseille, mais il faut pas s'attendre à un séjour doré...

Tho only in Bari for one night, the hotel was ideal for our stay. The rooms appear to have been furnished from the 70's but were clean and bright. Hotel staff was very willing to assist in helping to contact relatives that were waiting to hear of our arrival and helped break through the language barrier. They were pleasant, friendly, informative and their restaurant suggestions were outstanding. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Bari.

Very nice hotel in the very centre of Bari. The room was nice and clean. The staff actually did know some English (which no one else in Bari seems to do). Bari is nice and the area is beautiful.
