The hotel is closer to the centre of Cisano than Bardolino, but the 20 minute walk along the waterfront is very pleasant. The hotel and amenities are excellent and the staff very friendly (contrary to comments from some other previous guests). We were initially disappointed that our balconied room didn't face the pool/lake but the view across the hills is OK and provided a quiet location to chill-out.

How to reach Caesius Thermæ & Spa Resort

By car
From the Milan-Venice motorway, take the Peschiera del Garda exit (about 12 kms from the hotel) and follow directions for Bardolino. Once arriving in Cisano, carry on for about 200 m. The hotel is on your right.
From the Modena-Brennero motorway, take the Affi exit (about 7 kms from the hotel) and follow signs for Cavaion and then directions for Bardolino. Once arriving in Bardolino, turn left at teh roundabout for Lazise, and after about 2,5 kms you will find the hotel on your left.

By train
The railway station of Verona Porta Nuova is about 30 kms away.
The railway station of Peschiera is about 12 kms away.

By airplane
Verona Villafranca Airport "Valerio Catullo" is about 30 kms away, easy to reach using the A22 motorway (Modena-Brennero).
Brescia-Montichiari Airport is about 60 kms away, easy to reach using the A4 motorway (Milan-Venice).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

The hotel garage is at your complete disposition at no additional cost. On request there is a transfer service available to and from Verona Villafranca Airport, Brescia Montichiari Airport and Peschiera Railway Station. Beauty, thermal and ayurvedic treatments are available (extra cost).


CANCELLATION POLICY
The deposit of 20% of the total amount will be charged from the hotel on the credit card of the client at the moment of the booking. Should the client has to cancel the holiday, he has the right to reimbursement with the following dedutions: - 10% for cancellations from 28 to 14 days before arrival - 20% for cancellations from 13 to 1 day before arrival. No reimbursement after that day.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
