Hotel Vincci Condal Mar - Barcelona

With this type of offer (75€ / night for a double room) the quality of service is almost unbeatable (Underground parking, rooftop pool & bar, quality rooms & a reactive service from the staff, etc.) I really recommend the Vincci Condal Mar if you're objective is to visit the city and if you have a car to go around, altough the underground is not that far. On a quiet evening, you're just 15' away from the famous 'Ramblas', the olympic port (Great Paellas or fideuas) or the Museum of Arts (If you're planning a trip very soon, I recommend visiting the Capa war years pictures exposition along with the modern art section. If you love history and the Art-déco style it's just amazing!). May be you can even try the hammam to relax (Just ask at the desk, leave them 30' and enjoy it!) or hit the well equiped gym? Who knows?

I loved the decor of this hotel inside and out. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had got an excellent deal on the room and car park from Venere. I hadn't realised how good until I saw the price list in reception. The hotel was a 5-10 walk from the underground. All in all we had a very good stay at this hotel.

Excellent hôtel que je recommande particulièrement pour résider à Barcelone. Situé à 10mn à pied de la station de métro Selva de Mar qui conduit directement (7 stations) à la Place de Catalunya. Bravo !

Located a ten minute walk from the Diagonal Mar Shopping centre and Parc Del Forum. Metro Stops Selva De Mer and El Maresme Forum are both within a ten minute walk and a tram line is nearby too. The area it is in in quiet but a bit desolate. There appeared to be families squatting in an abandoned building across the road but they were not an issue. The only real complaint was that i would have been concerned walking back there on my own at night. Otherwise the hotel was very comfortable and very clean, A/c worked well too. Note that The toilet and shower-room was wheelchair accessible..... although the water went everywhere as it was a flat surface in the toilet/shower area. A pretty good hotel if you are attending events in Parc Del Forum... although there are hotels closer by too.

I was impressed by friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I needed emergency dental work and a member of staff recommended an English-speaking dentist. How is that for service! Also I loved the modern decor of the room. It is probably the best hotel room I have stayed in so far.

Very beautiful hotel, service not as good as it should be (no service at the bar, but restaurant closed at the same time!), service at restaurant could be better, but very good food. We liked the location in the middle of nowhere, make sure that you want to be totally without any surroundings!10 min walk to the Metro. Totally NO TV service (only news) without paying!!! In an area like this the hotel sould offer MUCH more service, but in case we can't find an alternative in the city we would stay here again.

A good hotel in a slightly inconvenient location for tourists but probably ideal fro many business people. Rooms were excellent, and dining experience was excellent.

Fantastic hotel, english speaking staff, pool on the roof, marvellous restaurant, all rooms with a view. Breakfast was €10, but well worth it. The only thing about this hotel, is that it is in the middle of nowhere. 10 minutes to walk just to the nearest shop, no bars or restaurants close to the hotel. But it was worth it. 15 minutes to walk to the subway, 30 minutes to the beach. I'm definately going to stay here again.

Located in a very bad area... No public transports in the area. Web access is very expensive, should be free as in all surrounding hotels.

Had a great stay at the Vincci,staff were excellent,great rooms and good facilities.A little out of town centre,maybe a regular city shuttle would be a good idea.Having said that it's a great place to walk.

The hotel is definitely worth booking for anybody who enjoys modern architecture and interior design. Particularly in a architecture focused city like Barcelona.

Largement déçu en rapport qualité prix, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. le quartier est en changement, mais malgré tout peu engageant. Les taxis ne connaissent pas cette adresse!!!!

The room was excellent. We received an upgrade to a junior suite which was obviously an added bonus and certainly enhanced our stay. The hotel location was disappointing as it was a trek into the city and the immediate vicinity rather industrial. However, there is a shopping mall with good bars and restaurants close by and the beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away. It would have been good if the roof top bar had been open in the evening.

Great hotel!! I like it a lot! One of the best I ever seen! Only one thing: the yellow line of the subway ... was interrupted! For the rest ... BEAUTIFUL!

Adequate hotel situate a few miles from B arcelona town centre. Accommodation comfortable and quiet. Not much night life around the hotel-set in a municipal region of offices and genereal business premesis. Enjoyable stay hotel ok as we merely slept there.

This is a very stylish, chic hotel. The internal view of the red lights (7 floors !) down to the foyer is very impressive. Minibar costs are reasonable. However the location is very quiet - the other end of Diagonal has a lot more going on at night, for example. I thought the reception staff were just a little disinterested.

In realtà a causa di un problema ad un piano siamo stati spostati all'albergo gemello, il Vincci Maritimo ed il rating si riferisce a quest'ultimo, anche se categoria, arredamento e servizio dovrebbbero essere uguali. Ci hanno avvertito dello spostamento due giorni prima dell'arrivo, telefonandoci in Italia e chiedendo la nostra approvazione. Hotel di categoria, 4 stelle meritate ad un prezzo forse non bassissimo ma irrisorio per la città. La zona (che è la stessa del Condal) è nuova ed in crescita, collegata benissimo con la città vecchia.

Hotel veramente molto bello e pulito.... ottimo il servizio colazione...... bella camera... unica pecca l'ambiente intorno all'albergo..... comunque a 5 minuti dall'hotel c'è la metro..... ottimo alloggio per una vacanza a barcellona.....
