Hotell staff/ front desk were very unfriendly and impatience when asked for help ( ie asking for directions) with these Don't bother me attitude and got upset when my internet connection did not go through, did not want to refund the charges although no connection was possible, Did not help with the luggage although they saw me struggling with pushing luggages on my own from the front desk going 2 steps down in the hallway to the front door, where the taxi was waiting. Taxi fare to Airport was different on what they quoted ( 32 Euro) -reserved thru the hotel and what I was actually charged upon exciting at the airport ( 40 Euro), not sure whether this wa s reliable cab. You would recommend this property to: Nobody

Well situated near Placa Catalunya and within the Bari Gotic, 1/2 block from Las Ramblas. Very helpful staff, good English. Nice to have breakfast included with the room. It was challenging to find a room which slept three. Came with wife and grown daughter for vacation and participation in a meeting (the ESC's annual scientific sessions). Venue at Fira Barcelona Gran Via easily reached via the Metro.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Just off La Rambla! Would happily stay again.

ideal location, but rooms (including bathroom) are rather small and dark. No problem though for visitors doing a lot of sightseeing!!
