Hotel H10 Marina Barcelona - Barcelona

We asked for a double room but when we got there we were told they had all been taken so had to settle for twin beds. Think as we had booked a double they should have saved us one.

Gorgeous roof-top swimming pool!

First time in barcelona. The hotel was nice, cool with the pool on the 8.floor should have had som driks/snack bar open:-( beside that; nice room but missed somthing to sit on.... VERY NICE bathroom!! All in all good location 15 min from (one of) the beach/olimpic habor, where the tourist bus had a stop on the blue rute,about 15 min to the old town, close to metro station 5-10 min. seemed like a safe neighbourhood with some lokal bars/restaurant with good food.

I stayed in standard duble room. Only thing i miss was balcony. You will only get balcony if you add round 50eur/day.

This hotel is located closed to the beach.However,if you take the metro,you will have to walk through an industrial area, which at night could be a little too quiet. The service was great,they upgraded our room and sent a champagne basket with fruits. Room is extremely spacious. Just one minor complaint, the Wi-Fi was not very strong as soon as you move away from the bathroom. And, they do not always provide the same amount of towels everyday, so if you need to go to the beach, you would not have enough when you get back. And, someone was arguing in the early morning and you could hear everything. The decor both inside the rooms and in the lobby was beautiful. Overall, this was a good stay.

I would definitely stay at the H10 Barcelona again. It was a perfect stay except that I didn't receive my wakeup call on my departure date & they hadn't reserved the taxi ahead of time to take us to the airport although we requested it. Otherwise the staff were efficient and knowledgeable. The H10 is close to the beach and the zoo. It is not close to Las Ramblas or shopping, but it was a very nice walk.

I was woken up by housekeeping at 9am and again at 10am. I told the receptionist and he just said 'sorry'. I will tell the manager. It honestly left me with a very bad impression of the hotel. Restaurant Manager was extremely abrupt to me. Breakfast was lovely

We went there for a small holiday, it was fine, clean, but the rooms were not so quiet!ù

Nice looking hotel, with very bad service... Just to start, the maid opened the door early in the morning and went inside the room without even knocking... not once, but everyday, even after we've complained at the reception. Also, noisy repairs where being performed early in the morning... Filled a complaint at the Cataluña tourist office, as this is unacceptable for a hotel of this category... Wouldn't stay there again, ever...

Hotel H10 Marina Barcelona meet my expectation and exceed my expectation in terms of competence and friendlyness of employees (from Reception, Restaurants, lobby-bar). Thank you for pleasant stay!!!!

Modern hotel located in a residential neighbourhood close to the city center (15 m by foot) and to the beaches (5 m by foot). Close to 2 metro stations. Surroundings touristically poor.

The only real thing about this hotel is that it has very thin walls... Otherwise it is located 3min from a metro (bogatel) station! You can even walk from the center to it. The neighborhood is ok.

Very nice place and area, well connected with the city center. The only proiblem has been the HEAT in the ROOM ! 26° C inside the room alle the period of staying, and it was Beginning of March... Really hope for a good climatization in summer time.

Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent facilities. Great rooftop pool, lovely lobby area with bar and restaurant. Good location - 5 minute walk from Port Olympic, 10 minute walk to Parc Citudella and 20 minutes Las Ramblas. Located in a residential area, very quiet but we did get taxis after dark as area is quiet and feels a bit secluded. Nice place if you want a bit of quiet away from the business and crowds of Las Ramblas area. Overall, excellent and would definately stay again.

Overall I thought this was a very good hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food was great and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay again. The only small drawback was the location, it is a shame the hotel is not more central but the tube journey to the centre only takes 15mins (including the walk to the tube station). I think the positive attributes of the hotel more than make up for the location and would recommend it.

The hotel was brilliant value for money, especially since we got upgraded to a junior suite. The only downsides are that breakfast in the hotel is very expensive and you have to pay to use the indoor pool.

Good 4 star rated hotel, standard service but professional. Very clean rooms (good the parquet on the floor) but not too spacious. Wonderful public areas, especially restaurant, but breakfast non included very expensive. Very poor surroundings, and not so easy to reach if you have your own car or motorbike as it is located on a pedestrian avenue.

Everything was OK except that the Internet list of services and facilities mixes free and not free services and facilities without information about costs. For exemple the garage for which you have to pay 18€ per day. It would have been better to know that before leaving. The other point is that you have to be very quiet in your room and hope for quiet neighbours as well.

I enjoyed my stay immensley, it's a shame that you have to seperately to go to the indoor pool but it was still very nice. The only downside is that our room was right below the outside pool, so we did have the sound of people swimming, but it wasn't to much of an inconvienience. Will happily return.

Very good value for money. This is hotel is worth its 4 stars. In a very nice area of barcelona, close to port olympia. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was bright and modern and comfortable, but it could be any city anywhere. Was very impressed with the price and quality of the dinner menu. There was free cable internet in the room. Breakfast was an extra €20 a day so we skipped it. Main disadvantage is that it is a considerable distance from the city centre so you need a cab after the metro closes at midnight. The nearest metro stop is ten minutes walk. It does not have sea views and is about 15 minutes walk from the sea.

Ottima sistemazione per chi intende uscire la sera e frequentare i ristoranti e i locali del porto olimpico perche'a soli 5 min dal mare, ma a mezz'ora dal centro. Ottimamente collegato con il centro dai mezzi pubblici.

We had a very pleasent stay,the hotel was lovely and clean.the room was very spacious and well decorated.the bar closed too early,about 12oclock

This hotel was amazing, price for the quality was fantastic. The facilities offered in the hotel, like the pool, and the computers and the lounge were also really enjoyabel. I would definatly stay again.

H10 Marina Barcelona is a smart and classy-looking package. There's a small pool on the roof which was brilliant for our 7-year old daughter - it's 1 metre deep all the way across. The roof pool, however, is the only one of H10's ample facilities that comes for free. Everything else, the health spa (for adults only) and buffet breakfast (14 euros per person + local taxes!) was, I thought, rather expensive. Our room at H10 was spotless and spacious with a fine en-suite and some of that slightly anonymous art work that you get in swanky hotel chains. The area around the hotel, which seems to be developing rapidly, provides ample eating options, and the Olympic Village is only a 10 minute walk.

Nice place for not much money

The hotel was cheaper than the majority yet the service of staff and rooms was excellent. The only negative points were the location was about 2 miles (6 euros) by taxi and that the indoor pool was not available for children.

This was a really nice hotel, very clean, and modern. Big bathrooms was really nice. Definitely will reommend this one to my friends.

Though the hotel is very cute, clean and sophisticated, the staff was pretty bad and did not help us when we had so many problems in 2 days of stay. Servents got into the room when we were taking a nap, they never told us the price of the laundry and charged over 100 euros for 7 pieces, I booked a double room they just had twin.

Iwill indicate this hotel to any friend

Staying in this hotel was a pleasant suprise, as the quality of this brand new accomodation was higher that the one we expected.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our only criticism is that the air conditioning is very loud and we would have preferred to have switched it off and opened a window. However, the windows were locked. A suggestion - tea and coffee facilities in the rooms would be nice.

Hotel is new so perhaps there are a few teething problems with some of the staff. Area sourrounding hotel is very poor.

A nice modern hotel in a good position to explore the city by metro (Make sure you take the full address if you travel by taxi as the drivers dont know where the hotel is) It's a short walk to the olympic port where there are many good eating houses. Unfortuantly for the hotel we could see 5 tower cranes from our bedroom window since there is a lot of new development in the area. This however did not spoil our pleasant stay in this lovely city

Excellent service, staff are very helpful & prepared to assist. Breakfast is superb. Immediate surrounding area of the hotel is still being enhanced, but you are so close to port, metro, beach etc.

My family and I were extremely happy with our stay at H10 Marina .Attention to detail was superb and we certainly felt very comfortable . Beds a little on the firm side especially if stupid enough to get sunburnt!!!! The breakfast was without doubt the most wonderful selection of foods on offer even Bucks Fizz!! Every nationality was catered for and the staff were very effecient and helpful . The wellness centre is definitely worth a visit (all that water)This hotel is definitely worth a visit .

We stopped there the second night after it had opened. During the night the electricity supply went off to the rooms (and consquently the air con) but what do you expect from a brand new hotel but a few teething troubles. The staff were as helpful as possible given the circumstances.
