The hotel is of very good quality with modern style. Downtown is within close distance by metro, but if you don't mind taking a longer walk (~1 hour), it is accessible on foot, too. The beach is 10 min walk which is really convenient. We had problems with finding a car rental and one of the receptionists was not really of help in solving this, although all the other receptionists we met were nice and helpful. All in all, great value for money.

It is a really well designed high quality hotel with spacious rooms and public areas. Hotel is in a very strange neighbourhood, it's left side is like an industrial, ugly are but it's right side is totally different and very attractive, always cosy. You can find everything you need. Nice breakfast, shopping, so many banks etc. Please note that hotel is not 50 meters away from the metro, lets say it is 200 meters. I wish the price would include the breakfast.

How to reach Hotel Confortel Barcelona

By airplane
From Barcelona International Airport:
Take the Aerobus bus line or the train and get off in Plaça de Catalunya square. Then walk to Plaça Urquinaona square and take underground line 4. Get off in Llacuna and walk down Carrer de la Ciutat de Granada street towards the sea. Finally, take the 2nd street on your left, Carrer de Ramón Turró, where the hotel is located.
