Stayed at Claris with my sister. Rooms where adequate and clean. Close to everything you need to see in Barcelona which is great. The price was a little high but because it was so close to "Las Ramblas", "La Pedrera" and everything else I think it was worth the stay. You can stay in cheaper hotels like the NH hotels which are a lot like the Holiday Inns in the US. Stayed at one of those for half the price and that worked out good as well. Overall the experience at Claris was good.

We upgraded to a junior suite, and that was a good choice. Good value. Location of Claris was excellent to everything we needed in Barcelona (restaurants, shopping, nightlife, tour busses, etc.). Reservation staff, desk personnel and doormen were all extremely courteous and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claris and in Barcelona!

Wonderful place: efficient service, beautiful rooms and public areas, excellent location in Barcelona! I would definitely go back again. The price is also great as this is by far the best priced 5* hotel in Barcelona.
