we went to barcelona on the 20 october 2013 for 3 days myself, my wife and 9 months baby, what i can say price quality is ok room was clean, you need to pay for kettle in your room and iron also, 50 euros deposit which you get back at the end of the stay, location is great as you can walk to everywhere, 15mns to sagarada familia cathedral and around 35mns walk to almost all tourist sites, i advice you guys to explore the city walking help yourself take the map from the hotel reception desk and go discover the city, there are a lot of great places to visit and dont forget to visit barcelonita beach and have a lunch once there if you love seafood dishes. if you choose to take public transport dont forget to buy the T10 ticket it saves you a lot of money you've got 10 journeys for free its just @ 10 euros it covers you the city and even the airport bit, you can buy it in tourist desk at the airport otherwise walk to train station it is 5mns walk from airport, you dont need taxi or aerobus, take the train that goes to CLOT and you will get straight to the hotel and after its just 3mns walk bear in mind that your stop is CLOT dont get off in sagarada familia, have a great holiday guys.

Very good location, closed to metro station L1, L2 and train station (to and from airport, Figueres, Girona.) Nice room (616)with free coffee or tea, spacious bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast (+8 Eur/person). 50 Euro deposit to be paid for the key to the safety box in the room.

Excellent: Closeness to Sagrada Familia and Underground station Poor: The bathroom where the door was made of glass and where the light did shine through the door into the bedroom; My laptop warned constantly against using the WiFi connection as the hotel server was not secure

I have been in Barcelona once before. Aragon is a good quality hotel. Very close to underground and train station for train to/from airport. Exellent breakfast buffet to a reasonable price. The PC:s available for customers internet connection were expensive 2 EUR/min and the printer did not work. 50 EUR deposit for the securitybox in the room is too much. Esp as a creditcardnumber was taken as safety for payment.

The pool and the area around it is way too small for a hotel this size. We chose this hotel because of the pool, but ended up not using it a single time. We also felt a lack of outside space with shade, where you could sit and have a drink or play backgammon. This hotel is all about being inside or not spending your time at the hotel.

Very good price/quality ratio (with air conditioning and a small swimming pool), the only negative aspect is the noises in the morning by the cleaning lady and the shutting doors. You will hear them very loud!

The hotel wa great; very clean, nice staff, comfortable. We requested a cot for our 1.5 year old and it was provided. Only downside is lack of minibar in room to keep things fresh (esp for little one). Location is not very central but it's clsoe to the metro and therefore everywhere was easily reachable. All in all, we're very happy with the hotel. Thanks!

This is high quality hotel, which satisfied us completely: room is comfortable, cosy and very clean with excellent bed and bedclothes. The buffet and service there were very good. What concerns a dinner, I preferred to have it at another place.

Tutto decisamente positivo.

During the check-out I had a bad experience where one of your staff made a mistake. Was it voluntary or not, I couldn't say. But as I made a surprised look for a different reason (not the price, but the fact that I thought that I already paid, which was obviously my mistake), she felt embarrassed and suddenly diminished the total amount by 20 Euro without any apparent reason?!? My question is then : what is this price policy?? Does it depend on the customer face??

My wife and I both agreed that the room, although not very spacious, was very clean which is important to us. However, we were very disappointed with the level of service from some staff and the food. We decided to have dinner one evening in the hotel and as it happened we were one of only 5 tables using the dining room that evening. The starter was fine but my wife's main course was cold as it had obviously been standing for some time before being served. The hotel itself is located in a somewhat rundown area and not very handy for the main parts of the city.

A very well-run full-service hotel. Desk staff very helpful and amazingly multi-lingual. Some rooms are on busy streets but there are very quiet rooms in the back - ask for one of those. Well-located close to Metro (Clot or Encant); the airport train stops at Clot. Bus 44 runs to/from the main train station (Sants) along Mallorca/Valencia close to the hotel. The neighborhood has many shops and services; there is a laundromat/laundry service on Valencia just behind the hotel.

It's better to let customer to know which exit of the metro station (Vallarca). Otherwise it would be a pain-in-the-ass to climb up so much to reach the hotel. If I didn't recall it wrong, the exit of Ave. Argentiria is the most convenient one to the hotel.
