It was very hard to find the hotel, very noisy during the night, if window is opened, very small room. The hotel is near the metro station, you can have breakfast in the nearby cafes.

Everything was OK in the hotel, except for the elevator which got stuck once or twice and we had to go by stairs from the 5th floor. Spacious rooms with view toward the street, everything was functional and quite helpful staff.

The Hotel has a excellent location; is near metro station, also tram station and Gloria Complex, in which you can find also a Carrfour; it's 15 minutes walking to Sagrada Famillia. It's not a bad hotel, for the stay in Barcelona, price-quality-OK! I recommend it to everyone!

During the check-out I had a bad experience where one of your staff made a mistake. Was it voluntary or not, I couldn't say. But as I made a surprised look for a different reason (not the price, but the fact that I thought that I already paid, which was obviously my mistake), she felt embarrassed and suddenly diminished the total amount by 20 Euro without any apparent reason?!? My question is then : what is this price policy?? Does it depend on the customer face??

Excellent hotel close to underground.Good position in quiet quarter. Room on 5th floor, quiet, cleen and spacious.Breakfast rich, perhaps a bit expensive (12 euro). Possibility to dine in hotel's restaurant a nice surprise:good food to real good price. The hotel offers a few places in garage(20 euro/day,expensive!)Hotel staff very kind and competent. We certainly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in a quiet room on the back of the hotel. I cannot judge the quietness of the other rooms. Breakfast is on the expensive side: 12euro for a 78 euro room.

Overall a good hotel, the only problem is that is a bit far from the city centre and there is nothing much to do near by. The centre can be easilly access by underground which is about 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Generally good accommodation for the price, metro station next door, clean room, interestingly decored hallways and public spaces in the hotel.

My wife and I both agreed that the room, although not very spacious, was very clean which is important to us. However, we were very disappointed with the level of service from some staff and the food. We decided to have dinner one evening in the hotel and as it happened we were one of only 5 tables using the dining room that evening. The starter was fine but my wife's main course was cold as it had obviously been standing for some time before being served. The hotel itself is located in a somewhat rundown area and not very handy for the main parts of the city.

My room did not have a normal window and it was not possible to have a normal ventilation and aeretion. Total lack of interaction with hotel staff. It was not clear if the breakfast is included in the price. It was not included, moreover it was not possible to have only a coffe in the morning, only full breakfast was served. This is my first visit in Barcelona. Next time I will chose another hotel.

A very well-run full-service hotel. Desk staff very helpful and amazingly multi-lingual. Some rooms are on busy streets but there are very quiet rooms in the back - ask for one of those. Well-located close to Metro (Clot or Encant); the airport train stops at Clot. Bus 44 runs to/from the main train station (Sants) along Mallorca/Valencia close to the hotel. The neighborhood has many shops and services; there is a laundromat/laundry service on Valencia just behind the hotel.

It's better to let customer to know which exit of the metro station (Vallarca). Otherwise it would be a pain-in-the-ass to climb up so much to reach the hotel. If I didn't recall it wrong, the exit of Ave. Argentiria is the most convenient one to the hotel.
