I think the hotel is fine for most clientele who are looking for something special. But our room was too small ( even not a place for a suitcase), the same with the bathroom! We stayed in a double room. The breakfast room was too dark and not quite comfortable.

Buses n. 22 Av. d'Esplugues/Pl. Catalunya, 24 Paral·lel/Carmel and 28 Carmel/Pl. Catalunya stop a few metres from the hotel.

By underground
The nearest underground stop is Diagonal, exit Passeig de Gràcia/Diagonal/R. Catalunya or Passeig de Gràcia/Diagonal/Pau Claris.

By airplane
From the Barcelona El Prat International Airport, take the RENFE train and get off at Plaça Catalunya. There, take the L3 underground (green line) towards Canyelles and get off at Diagonal stop.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

Parking is not included in the price and costs €25 plus 7% VAT per day.
Shuttle service to and from the airport incurs an extra charge of €87,00 plus 7% VAT per way.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid 1 night charge to credit card you have to cancell your booking 24 hours prior arrival date. From 12th until 18/12/2007, 50% of the total will be refund in case of cancellation. From 19/12/2008, 100% of the total amount will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
