The WIFI receiption is poor and practically unusable. In addition, breakfast is extremely expensive (18 EURO per person) other than that - a perfect hotel

Great location. The beds were a little harder than we like, but quite comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice touch. We did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on the restaurant/bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A very nice place to stay, great location but a bit expensive. GPS had a hard time bringing us there. Would like a better map on the website to show how to get there. Watch out for the side streets as early as 10 pm travelling from La Ramblas to the Hotel as there were muggers that tried to get us but other people came by and they left.Wish there were a few more cops present, stick to main roadways at night no short cuts or else you will get mugged. Everywhere else was great in the city.

The beds were quite firm.

We had a great time, the staff was very helpful and we will recommend to other and return again - great location.

We stayed for a long w/end in October. The situation of the hotel was enhanced by the presence of a huge celebration of markets and produce in Catalonia. However this did result in outside noise not abating until 2.30am. The hotel was comfortable and very convenient for alltourist attractions.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful. I found the beds were a little too hard. It is a great location close to the main attractions downtown. I just did not enjoy my stay in Barcelona due to circumstances outside of the hotel. My luggage was delayed 2 1/2 days by AirFrance and then the day after I finally got my luggage I was attacked and dragged down L'Angel street by a purse snatcher on our way to take a bus tour. I managed to hang on to my purse, but my body suffered from being dragged behind the scumball running with my purse. The city needs to crack down on the purse thieves and pickpocketers. They are out in the early morning loitering around the shopping areas and tour bus pick up locations.

Weird bathroom without bidet/ breakfast extremely expensive;must be done just outside/ good free wifi connection (room too)/ strano il bagno senza bidet in un paese latino!/ colazione estremamente cara; si deve fare al bar subito fuori/ buon collegamento gratuito wifi (anche in camera)/

The hotel location is excellent with walking distance to the Ramblas, Metro, Place Catalunya etc. There is however a problem with pigeons in the swimming pool area on the roof and this leaves the pool not as clean as it shold be. The hotel web page also says to leave the airport bus at Place Espanya, this is not correct, Place Catalunya is much closer. Note also, that the coffee/tea in the room is not free, but charged, this is not obvious. Overall however, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would stay again.

Room and bathroom were clean and have enough spaces. The price of breakfast was very expensive! 18 euro per person each day, however menu was fair. We had a good stay in this hotel.

Pool was dirty as there were many insects and "drops" of birds. ... it should be cleaned and maintained more. Breakfast was very nice.

Newly vamped hotel so everything sparkling new. Hotel has a resturaunt but timetabling for same is not obviously placed. On the two evenings that I wished to eat in the hotel - there was no service available and ended up eating out each night. Also, a kettle for making tea/coffee was available in the bedroom BUT you got the tea/coffee/milk only on the first night and after that you were expected to use the mini bar and pay for it. I don't mind paying for the minibar if I use it but I have never before experienced having to make do with having the facilities for making tea/coffee and then not being able to do so!!! not good enough for a 4 star hotel!!!!!!

This hotel is excellent, and superbly located. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was modern and spotless. Fee internet access was a real plus. Breakfast served at the table (rare these days). I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very good location, big plus is gym and pool on the roof.
