Great location, very friendly staff and would use again

Very well located for visiting Barcelona. Quiet and well equiped

Very good standard of room and the location is excellent right in the middle of the city center, but still quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Catelonia Catedral Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. There was a general strike on while we were there, but the hotel made sure we had all the correct information and it did not affect our stay in any way. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Everything in hotel (as hotel) was excellent. We had only bad experience with restaurant. 1.Bad food - burned and uneatable duck; 2. "El Clasico" game. TV is only in bar which is 5 steps from restaurant, acctualy they share area. It was forbidden to eat in bar and wach Tv. Hotel stuff cannt recomend restaurants outside hotel.

With my girlfriend the room was clean only thing twin room requested double and gap around bathroom door when door closed. Location really good

Rooms were modern and clean. Location was excellent close to everything- subway, Barri Gothic, shops, restaurants, subway. The rooms were very quiet. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Only stayed 1 night would wish could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous location - right on edge of Barri Gotic. Lovely hotel,interiors modern and creative, yet in oldest part of city. Great breakfast (not included, but worth every euro!). Very friendly service. Loved our 4 nights here. Would definitely return

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is very modern and new and thus everything works properly, which is not always the case in Europe. We prefer a place that is near the center but just off onto a quiet street and for us the location was perfect. We found it difficult to find any fault with the room, hotel or service. One very minor comment is the hotel staff tended to send us to very standard tourist places to eat rather than more authentic places. However they made an excellent recommendation for a place to see flamingo dancing, so no real complaint.

Staff was excellent. This location was far superior than the other hotels we stayed in while visiting Barcelona and Cadaques. I would highly recommend staying here and would easily return.

The overall stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The interior architecture is quite modernistic and appealing. The room was very clean and quiet as it was facing an interior court yard. The hotel location is outstanding, right in the middle of the interesting Gothic area. Even though breakfast was not included, there are many "tapas" restaurants around the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

For the price I paid I expected a decent pillow. For those of us who don't think good is synonymous with enormous, this was a big disappointment. Since the main purpose of a hotel room is to get a good night's sleep, I didn't get this because all of the pillows were large and fat and nowhere in the hotel was there a smaller pillow!

Most enjoyable! Hard to believe, but even nicer than to be expected from the pretty photos. Very quiet - can't say whether due to the date ( January). Location couldn't be more convenient for a leisurely long city-weekend, just everything in walking distance. Pool area open on the roof, would have been a wonderful spot for a break on the loungers if we hadn't been too busy... I loved the extra magnifying mirror in the bathroom - so important to some of us (should be mentioned under facilities!). Staff friendly and helpful. A wonderful Hotel - keep up your standard for our return!

location of the hotel is heart of the gotic quarter(very closed every where) staff was very kind ( especially hotel manager) breakfast is very delicious

This hotel was really good and the price was very competitive, given the central location and the high standard of the facilities and accommodation. Hotel was recently refurbished and the modern design is very appealing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Internet access is available in the hotel bar via two laptops. This was not mentioned on the hotel description but was a very useful resource.
