A nice hotel for the price. The staff did not speak much English, but did recommend several good restaurants. I would stay there again.

From the A1 highway, exit at Firenze Certosa, then take the Florence-Siena motorway for Siena and exit at Poggibonsi Nord. Then follow the directions for Barberino Val d'Elsa. After about 4 km, you will find hotel Primavera on the right.
