The hotel is fabulous. Nice, clean, quiet rooms, a good breakfast, with friendly, helpful staff. The place is about 100 meters up from the longest beach in Ischia, and the hotel has a private section of the beach, with deck chairs. Not exactly a happening nightlife (it's nearly deserted in the area there by 6 PM), but beautiful and quiet. Lots of great restaurants down on the beach.

How to reach Hotel San Giorgio Terme

By car
Mergellina and Molo Beverello are the two Naples' harbours offering connections to Ischia. The trip with the ferry boat takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes. The trip with the hydrofoil takes around 50 minutes.

By train
From the Napoli Centrale railway station, take bus n.2 and get off at the Piazza Municipio stop. Then you can reach Molo Beverello on foot (about 300 metres away).

By airplane
The hotel is 1 hour and a half from Naples airport.
