Reservations for 18 December 2009 - 15 January 2010:
For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival 50% of the entire stay
booked will be charged. Non-arrival - 100% of the entire stay.
Reservations for 16 January 2010 - 15 April 2010:
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the entire stay
booked will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
