I stayed twice at this particular bed and breakfast, and found that the secound time around I enjoyed myself. During my first stay, there were many insects on the bed and the sink, even though i had air conditioning. Also, many of the channels on the television were not working. However, i returned a few weeks later due to the welcoming and freindly atmosphere created by the staff. Two staff in particular took well care of me. During my secound stay, there were no insects in the room and i had hot water running from the shower, so it was great. Only problem was that there was a small leak in the ceiling and every few minutes drops of water fell on my bed. This made it uncomfortable to sleep.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled 3 days prior to the arrival date without penalty, otherwise a penalty fee equal to one night’s room costs will be charged for cancellations made after this time.
In the case of a no-show, one night's of room costs will be charged to the credit card provided.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
