Sawasdee Bangkok Inn - Bangkok

The position i really good, but the rooms are not so clean and quiete. we slept in a twin room and it was really small and the air conditionad very noisy!! but the position is great!

The picture on internet is not truthful,it isn't so clean.

The hotel is what one would expect for the price. If you're looking for luxury stay somewhere else. The bathroom was really small though everything worked, the bed was huge and the airconditioning worked well. Room is a bit run down, but clean. It is in a great spot, away from the hustle but close at the same time. The staff at the restaurant were less then helpfull.

The rooms were NOT clean, they were extremely small and I never felt very safe leaving valuables in the room. The door lock was shotty...it looked as though it had been broken into before. We didn't realize that the hotel was in the most touristy area in Bangkok. We felt like we were dropped in the middle of Spring Break for college kids. That's not the hotels fault...but if that's not the atmosphere you want to experience while in Bangkok then this is not the hotel and area for you. If you DO want that experience...it's perfect for you! You just can't fit more than two people tops in the rooms.

The superior room had two bed for 1 1/2 men. There was everything in the room we needed: A bed, windows, telephone, TV, shower, toilet, minibar, fridge. The only unfomfortable thing was that you had the shower IN the toilet. So you had no shower cabine, it was just a thing hanging from the wall. But well, we stayed one night and for this, this is really enough. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. At the breakfast you could chose between e.g. american breakfast, Thai breakfast, european breakfast etc. It was not a breakdown but really enough. The location is THE BEST!! We really enjoyed our stay there in this location. It is located in the pedestrian zone in china town where all the crowd is. All young people come here to make party, to sell, to make shows etc. But also the hotel is so well located, that you don't hear the noise from the street. This is excellent. But in the morning you hear the noise from the breakfastroom and the huge TV there. I would recommend this hotel to young people which are searching for a good budget hotel and which do not need a lot of luxury.

Very nice low budget hotel,could have been cleaned better but no animals with more than 4 legs,felt old and charming,fantastic location on a fantastic street.nice and helpfull staff.We stayed here in the beginning of our travel and liked it so much that we came back at the end.If you want luxery thaistyle you shouldn't stay here, but we thougt it was quite genuine.

Price/quality is fantastic, it's a low budget hotel, but there's everything you need, it's pretty clean and hotel surroundings (koa san road) are wonderful
