I found the staff & accomodation really very good, considering the cost. Our taxi driver had trouble finding the place, which leads me on to another point. I sent e mail to you twice indicating the transfer cost was included, as I had checked on page, but you insisted it was not...you were wrong and cost me a taxi fare i did not need to spend. The hotel representative was at the airport to meet us & take us to the hotel free of charge, however, because you insisted it was not included, we got a taxi...cost approx $12.When we arrived they said there man had waited over an hour for us. So whilst the hotel was excellent, your services were not, and it cost me money!!!! This leads me to believe that your group are not up to date with latest changes to hotels web site, as I was! Why should I use you again?????
