Rather a poor breakfast in the morning. Try to get a room in the new tower which is better. If the BTL will have 2 more stops, the stop will be right in the front of the hotel and therefore the hotel will be what its name is promising: CONVENIENT

Close to the airport (approx.20 mins by cab)but everything else in the city is quite far. It's not in the posh area of Sukhumvit but the rooms are very spacious with king size beds! The 'spa'is expensive compared to other places you can find in town. There's a restaurant in the main building that serves food until 1am. Overall it's a good enough hotel for the price and location but I wouldn't rate it 4 star at all....

The hotel, against what was depicted in description, was very far from skytrain, about 2 km. The hotel sorroundings are poor and dirty without facilities.
