Unusual hotel with beautiful view of Bangkok and in general well trained and nice staff and service, very good baggage/taxi service. Staff at the reception has to be better trained. Check out is fine.

The hotel is full of turists who come to see the Bangkok from the highest point.Looks like you are everytime in the middle of loud crowd.Only at the evening the stream of coming people is becoming less.Rooms are dirty.Service is poor( not because they are not prof but due to they are not be able to serve good so big quantity of people)
