The hotel was fairly new, I would recommend that you for sure take the address and phone number with you and have it handy for your cab driver. Ours got lost. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was good and included. The location is great, just a 5 min walk from a skytrain station. I would definitly go back.

This is a good budget hotel. It is safe and in a good area. Accessible to many restaurants, shopping etc.. It is very welcoming and one feels comfortable from the moment you walk in.

very nice hotel. excelent relationship price/quality. Provide you with free access to Internet, swimming pool, gym and sauna. Possibility to receive nice and cheap massages. Good restaurant, reasonable price. Complete breakfast, although not a lot of choice unless you like english or oriental breakfast. I missed some croissants, rolls, or similars. Very well located, near the sky train, although entrance is in a lateral street. Said we were in our honeymoon and offered us a nice decoration on bed and a fruit basket.

Hotel great, staff great. Only problem was that it was impossible to have a shower without flooding the entire bathroom, apparently a problem with the way the shower was built.
