A very good value. Cute hotel with accommodating staff. The rooms were spacious and the included breakfast was very good (mainly Indian cuisine and all vegetarian). The only slight problem I had was the location of the hotel. It's in pretty seedy area, although I felt relatively safe when walking around. I'd go back if I was in Bangkok.

A very good hotel, well located even though the street was not easy to find with the taxi driver. The managers are aware of that as they put road signs around the area. However, the hotel is quite well located, every interesting places in Bangkok can be reached quickly by taxi or Tuk-Tuk if there is not too much trafic. The hotel is near the Baiyoke Tower, which is famous, easy for you to be undertood by taxi drivers when you want to go home. The staff is very helpful, smiling. An easy access to the internet. A good alternative for those who are not are fond of Sukhumvit avenue (the great area for nightlife & hotels). I will come back to Citin Pratunam for sure when I travel to Bangkok.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
