Hotel is beautifully situated with wonderful facilities. Meals were excellent and staff extremely profession, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much and even extended it by an extra day. We will definitely be back.

Very helpful and super friendly staff! Many thanks for all the amazing help with booking taxis, finding and booking horseback riding, taking us to the pharmacy and helping us with the translation! Would defiantly recommend anyone to stay here if you want a calm and relaxing beach holiday, great value for the money. Ask in the reception for good restaurants, and they will give you a map, go to the restaurant to the left of the hotel (5-10 min walk). They have amazing food! The only negative aspect was that there were piano lessons held in the hotel which were very noisy.

Overall stay was good. Hotel surroundings are quite and beautiful. Beach was clean. The hotel is rather familiar, and staff is friendly. I stay in a single room, very small, in the fourth floor, without elevator. Breakfast is basic. Maps and information on how to get there can be improved. Overall, good relationship quality/price. Location is excellent, relatively close to Gaeta and other interesting places.

We traveled by train to Sessa Aurunca Rocamonfina. There are only 6 buses a day going to Baia Domizia. Transportation is a main disadvantage of the hotel, if you don't have a car. We liked the hotel, the personell was very friendly and helpful. We liked private beach, which was free of charge and a hotel swimming pool.

The hotel should be great in summer for surroundings, sea and services. We've been there at the end of March and it was a bit cold inside the room. In general, we've found this hotel comfortable, reachable and spacious. Good choice!

Park is excellent if you're learning Italian. We were the only two English visitors in town! Excellent pool and beach facilities. Reception staff spoke English and were really helpful. Meals in the hotel were expensive, much better to sample the many local restaurants. Everyone very friendly and couldn't do enough for us - including correcting our Italian.

Great place for lazy and quiet holiday! There was always somebody with resonably good English at the reception, rooms spacious and clean, all with balconies. Lovely swimming pool and comfortable chairs at the beach. Breakfast wasn't maybe too sophisticated, but my partner enjoyed his double espresso (every morning, free of charge). One of the waiters, probably seeing I didn't eat much, offered us some yoghurts and fruit which I found very nice. It's easy to get to the hotel on the train from both Rome and Naples - just aim for Sessa train station and you'll find a bus to Baia Domizia (couple of euros per person) outside the building. There is a restaurant called Blow Up, approx. 15 min walking from the hotel that serves delightful pastas and sea food. The only thing we were missing was a fridge - surely there should be one in the room? Overall it was a very good stay!

the hotel had forgotten to clean the room they proposed to me. they did it as soon as I told them. The hotel is wrongly located on viamichelin map.It doesn't correspond to the number written on the map; Don't stay in the garden to listen to the piano bar music at night, there are plenty of mosquitoes !

The map link did not work at all. According to it, the hotel was situated in Frignano, some 25 km away. Also, we learned the day after that the hotel breakfast service ends at 9.00 a.m., which seems a little too early considering that people are usually on vacations. Apart from this, the hotel accommodation was good and the employees very helpful.

don't expect for this price a 5 star hotel, but the hotel is for sure its money worth. Nice Village as well.

I recommend this hotel close to the sea for families with children ; I encourage to visit Gaëta and Sperlonga : you'll find very good restaurants and very nice towns (the beach of Sperlonga is the most beautiful)

We had a lovely stay at the Park Hotel. Baia Domizia is a nice little resort, although it was very quiet in September. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Positive: Really nice swimming pool, indeed. Acceptable: A receptionist speaking only a little English can be coped with. But: - balcony doors without opening handles on the outside (so that you must not close the door while on the balcony, or be locked out) may be forgiven,mildew/fungus on the bathroom ceiling not. - The beach was closed for swimming (red flag) during our visit (only two days, then we checked out). - The breakfast was not really good (the expression "impertinence" came to our mind).

If you havn't been to Bai Domizia before, don't expect much. I took a chance thinking it was something special, its not.The hotel is fine and there were no problems, The pool was the best part for me (the pool is nothing special either). At night go for a passagiata and have fun looking at the some of the worst fashions in motion. This is 'tacky-town'!

Following to be remarked: The rooms needs to be refurbished. They are big butthe standard is not above the average.Breakfast is served between 08.00-09.00 AM This is not acceptable. The time limit should be increased to 10.00AM The shower cover in bathroom is old and unpractical.The bathroom had no air dryer. Air condition equipment is central clock operated, and stops for some hours every morning. Positive remarks: The hotel staff were excellent. The beach is superb, close to the hotel, and private for PARK. The car parking possibilities are good. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is quiet and a little remote. You will need a car. The rooms were huge and the second door between the bedroom and the hotel lobby kept noise levels minimal. The hotel was not on the sea front but a short walk down a residential street and an alley. There is sadly no beach front or promenade at Baia Domizia, which is predominently a residential town, not particularly touristic. Park staff were very helpful and kind. We were staying on a B&B basis and had only one lunch at the hotel. This was a rather disappointing meal and very expensive (silver service). The self-service continental breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was lovely and there was ample car parking for residents.
