A careful renovation has maintained and enhanced the historical structure and brought the original 18th century frescoes back to light that decorate each room. La Fattoria - The heart of Villa Olmi Resort, La Fattoria together with the Limonaia house 38 rooms (31 Classic Rooms and 7 Junior Suites including 5 with private garden) and the Resort's public spaces and rooms: Restaurant, Bar, Wine bar, and the pool framed by the hortus conclusus, the lovely vegetable garden - garden of the estate. The structure of the rooms and Junior Suites recaptures the classical elements of the architecture typical of Florence (ceilings in wood and terra cotta, limestone plaster and floors in Impruneta terra cotta) and simple elegant furnishing of aristocratic country homes, enhanced with authentic antiques.

From the south
From the freeway Autostrada A1 follow the signs for NAPOLI-ROMA-FIRENZE -BOLOGNA. Take the FIRENZE SUD exit. Right after the toll booth follow the signs for Bagno a Ripoli. After you pass a large service station and then two signals, on the right you will see signs for VILLA OLMI RESORT.
From the Riviera
From the freeway Autostrada A10 follow the signs for GENOVA-LIVORNO. Then take the LIVORNO-PISA-FIRENZE highway. Near Florence take the freeway Autostrada A1 at FIRENZE NORD towards ROMA. Exit at FIRENZE SUD. Right after the toll booth follow the signs for Bagno a Ripoli. After you pass a large service station and then two signals, on the right you will see signs for VILLA OLMI RESORT.
From Siena
At the end of the SIENA-FIRENZE highway, take the freeway Autostrada A1 from the FIRENZE CERTOSA entrance towards ROMA and get off at the first exit FIRENZE SUD.
