A nice hotel where I have stayed in 2008 and 2009. A bit far away from the airport. Should be easier to reach the airport, not only by taxi.

It is quite old to be a 4-star hotel... high cost to get to the airport (25 eur). a free shuttle should be provided fo the benefit of travellers.

There was no mention on any website of there being construction at this hotel. At 8:30am on the day of our checkout, we were awoken by construction in the room right next to ours. Needless to say, we had no reason to stay. In the breakfast room we were seated right beside the noise as well. The meal the night before at the hotel was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this hotel, they seemed suprised that construction sounds would bother us but did offer a discout when we persisted.

Rooms too cold - no way to get sufficiently warm, too noisy, because of the Airport. checout too slow for travellers who need to reach the airport on time.

The hotel is perfect for a one-night stay, but the surroundings are not the best. We noticed that the air-condition was out of order in at least three rooms.

The airport was 10 km away (not 5 km as its written on the page.)and we had to use taxi to the airport. The page says that it is shuttleservice from and/or to the airport. This is not true

Well located if just want to stay overnight before an early flight from Bergamo. Had some problems finding it, but very easy to go from there to the airport (10 min).

Our room was 30 m's from a highway! The hotel is sitated 8-9 km's from the airport. From venere.com it looks as if the hotel i is right besides the airport. From venere.com it appear that there should be an airport shuttle service. Yes - there was a shuttle outside the hotel, but it didn't operate while we were there.

Not as close to the airport as name suggests. Very noisy (close to the motorway and guests coming at all hours and very noisy) restaurant service was not available. Family room was very small. Reception was good. Will not go again.
