The staff was very helpful and due to the low season they offered an upgrade of the room with no extra charge. The only problem: there was no soap in the bathroom and no possibility of buying it, in Baden-Baden!!!

The hotel locate already near by the forest. 15-20 minutes walk to the city center, 5-10 minites to the caracalla thermal. and bus 205 conect the hotel and the train station. we are satisfied.

This hotel is in overall good, but I suggest three stars label, not four stars. A few things disappointed me. Some lights didn´t shine, beds were not too good, bathroom had old worn accessories (bath,shower,hairdryer). TV had grainy image. I would like to say, that staff were nice people and professional.
