877-662-6988The Café Pension Sonnenkanzel is an ideal starting point for hiking tours in the nearby Rhön Mountains, and the leisure activities offered on the premises include playing tennis on the private tennis court, as well as relaxation at the in-house sauna, or with some ayurveda massage.
Café Pension Sonnenkanzel is also a good base for day trips to Bad Kissingen, Fulda or Würzburg. In the evening, guests can relax in the park, or enjoy homemade cake and local food and Frankonia wine in the beergarden.
Very nice location with full breakfast buffet and tea selection I have enjoyed the evening menue with a wondeful view from the garden and relaxed with a ayurveda mas...

I found a nice small hotel in the midhills with an panoramic view.The room was comfortable furnished. The welcome was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with a big tea selection.I enjoyed the footway to SPA bad bruckenau and the homemade cake..I believe in summer it would be very nice to stay longer.

By carFrom the north motorway A7 Fulda-Würzburg, leave the motorway at Bad Brückenau - Volkers, turn right onto Bad Brückenau, follow the B27 to SPA Staatsbad Brückenau (see also blue signs to Sonnenkanzel). Turn right at the sign for Schlüchtern. When you reach Schlüchterner street, follow the blue signs to Sonnenkanzel; after 1 km across the hill you will find the hotel at the corner with Volkersberger weg.
From the south motorway A7 Würzburg-Fulda, leave the motorway at exit Bad Brückenau-Wildflecken and proceed in the direction of Bad Brückenau. Then follow the aforementioned indications.
