The valley is renowned not only for the thermal spring water, but also for the many recreational and sporting activities available throughout the year.

In the hotel Haas guests can relax in the wellness area with sauna, solarium and Turkish bath or in the hotel park with fish pond. In the evening a cosy bar is at your disposal.

How to reach Hotel Haas

By car
From the North take motorway A10 Tauernautobahn and exit at Bischofshofen. Continue on B158 Salzachtal highway until the junction Gasteinertal and follow the Gasteiner highway until Böckstein. At the junction Tauernschleuse/Sportgastein turn right in direction Sportgastein.
From the South take motorway A10 and exit at Mallnitz-Obervellach. Follow the highway until the Tauernschleuse lock and exit at Böckstein. At the first junction turn left in direction Sportgastein.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from midday.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

Parking is included in the price.
The shuttle service from/to the airport/train station is not included. Prices on request.
Bike rental is not included and costs €15,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
30-15 days: in case of late cancellation and no show 70% of the amount of reservation will be charged 14-2 days: 90% will be charged 1 day and no show: 100% will be charged
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
