Hotel Les Cèdres - Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, Avignon

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was very clean. I can think of only two problems about this hotel. First, wireless signal was not strong enough. If that is important to you, you might wish to give a call to the hotel and ask whether they got it fixed. Second problem is, the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre. Walking is not very feasible. There is a bus line, but the last bus is around 8:30 from the city to the hotel area. So I would recommend this hotel only if you will have a car during your stay. Hotel has free parking and there is also free parking just outside the city centre which is like 4-5 minutes walk to the city centre. In short, if you have a car, this is your hotel, very clean, quiet and fairly priced.

Lovely welcoming hotel with thanks especially to Christoph. Great outdoor dining overlooking the pool, under the arbour. Food is delicious though a few things were not available in late September which may be the end of the peak season.

Christopf ? the manager at the hotel was very helpful. The staff at the restaurant were very nice as well and the food was excellent. The only difficulties we had were locating the hotel. The streets around the hotel can be very confusing.

I staid one night in August 2011. The hotel is in a perfect place, not far from Avignon (you need a private car or a bus). The pool is perfect.. Rooms clean and brand new.. Is not a 4stars hotel but quality service/price is very good and for short stay Les Cedres in perfect. The staff is nice and Quietness of rooms is total; I don't know anything about restaurant, but I saw prices that are not very low. In general I suggest this hotel to everybody..

Fantastic atmosphere with beautiful little garden and pool, charming house, friendly staff. Room a bit small but no problem. Breakfast OK. We had a 3 course dinner one night and it was good value. Overall incredible value for money.

The host, the staff, the pool and facility were all excellent. The host did all he could to accommodate our needs (my wife is handicapped). One certainly gets a family feeling when settling in. The breakfast and the evening restaurant meals were first class.

Delightful small hotel in a great location.

A lovely oasis not far from the town (E 12 taxi fare). Great place just to chill out. The food is superb, with a limited but extremely fresh and well cooked menu at a very reasonable price. All the staff are welcoming and very helpful.

the hotel is better than described and there are different rooms, some inside the old building (a little bit louder), some outside (more expensive, but more space and quietness). The receptionist and the waitress were very friendly. Nice swimming pool.
