The room was great, I was upgraded. I sought help with international telephoning but there was no one manning the front desk in the lobby at 2330 hours. Poor security. Breakfast was 18 Euros!!!!

The hotel fully met my standards and expectations. Professional service, beautiful and spacious rooms. Unfortunately the wheather was pretty bad in order to fully enjoy the magnificent park.

Lovely hotel and grounds, very nice fine dining restaraunt. would also have liked a simpler bistro menu some nights. Breakfast was good, but on the expensive side. Very nice pool area.

Gorgeous place with beautiful garden and pool in walking distance from Villeneuve, which is a nice and quaint typical Provence town. Excellent restaurant and very friendly staff. We had a very generously spaced, tastefully decorated and bright room (no. 3) with a sofa, 2 comfortable armschairs a large table. Also, having a separate toilet plus 2 wardrobes, 1 in our bedroom and one in the large corridor, meant plenty of room for getting ready. The location is perfect for excursions to the Camarque and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Arles, Nimes, Gorges, Roussillon,L'Isle-Sur-la-Sorgue,Fontaine-de-la-Vaucluse and other beautiful places. The only slightly negative thing was the instability of internet access both via WiFi from our room and also from the guest computer. Although several thunderstorms might have contributed to it, they did not seem like the only reason.

Breakfast is over priced (18 euros for just the usual things offered in any 3 star hotels) The area is quite, and the staff kindful, the room was vast and peaceful.

Not what you'd expect from the Best Western Chain which, in the past, specialised in clean and anonymous accommodation. Nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable rooms set in a lovely garden in a pretty village. Would suit those arriving by car who don't wish to negotiate the tricky traffic conditions in nearby Avignon.

The town of Avignon and surrounding area of the hotel is a joy and must be visited. We stayed 4 days and the whole experience was a delight. The hotel offerred the best value for money of any of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to France.

Un endroit calme, et magnifique pour les festivaliers en voiture qui veulent échapper au rythme infernal d'Avignon pendant le festival...

This place was terrific! I have never had service like we received here. Upon arrival we were offered help with our bags, assistance with making dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant, even dog bowls for our dog. The staff was so nice and the hotel is perfectly situated to travel the Provence region of France. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much and are even talking about returning to La Magnaneraie in the near future.

The hotel was beautiful, but hard to find. Get a good map. The front desk person was rude and the air conditioning did not work well at all. Beautiful surroundings. Tried to overcharge for breakfast.

There is a rather pretty garden. The room is clean but mediocre, reminds me of one of those cheap Disney World rooms. It is a 4 star hotel, but there is no fridge or carpet/rug in the room. It was a bit chilly for a Sep visit. The hotel is a bit out of the way from Avignon, but okay for those who drive.

A charming hotel, clean and tidy but definitely not worth of the cost for what is concerning the rooms. The garden and the swimming pool are really awesome.
