Stayed in a room that had 2 double beds. To get to Austin where everything happens, take bus number 7 from outside the back fence. Trip takes about 30 mins. The Austin people in general in the downtown area are friendly and courteous. DON'T miss 6th street district , instead of shops every place is a bar with music.Further up the same road south, about 15 mins, theres more groovy /funky places truely unique shops and more music venues and outdoor eating.We had to wait 60 mins for a seat at an unbelievable pizza place.Huge pizzas , so popular. Went for Moto GP race at new circuit. Fell in love with a waitress at Bikinis Bar and grill opposite the Motel.Nice place, the girls wear bikini tops, short denim pants and cowboy boots.Tastefully done and not sleazy. Recommend Austin.
